The design world came alive in Cape Town this year as over 1,500 of South Africa’s top architects, designers, and industry leaders gathered for the 7th annual SCAPE Design Emporium — two extraordinary days that celebrated creativity, collaboration, and the power of design to move people. With Belgotex as the headline partner, the event unfolded in a dynamic mix of live talks, immersive experiences, and inspired moments that left every guest feeling part of something truly special.
But 2025 also marked something even more exciting — the annual SCAPE Brand of the Year Awards, recognising companies whose products and philosophies are reshaping the built environment through innovation, integrity, and sustainability. Among the shortlisted brands, ProNature stood proudly as one of South Africa’s homegrown success stories — a pioneer of natural, non-toxic, and sustainable paints, sealers, and coatings crafted right here in Cape Town.
Behind every ProNature colour and finish is a story of craftsmanship and care — from our founder and Green Chemist, Bernhard Lembeck, whose 48 years of paint chemistry expertise continues to inspire innovation, to our passionate team who help customers make eco-conscious choices every day.
